Who we are

The app

The Softly Feral app (including the Google Play version) shows this same website. It doesn't ask for any extra permissions, doesn't read your contacts, photos, location or files, and collects nothing beyond what this policy describes.

What we collect, and why

• Your order details. When you place an order, you give us your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the tees you chose. The order form hands these to WhatsApp or your email app, and you send them to us yourself. We use them only to confirm, print, ship and support your order.
• Your cart. Your cart is saved on your own device (in the browser's storage) so it's still there next time. It isn't sent to us until you place an order.
• Discount codes. If you use a discount code, your phone number is checked on your own device against a scrambled list. Your number isn't sent to us or anyone else during that check.
• Try it on. If you use "Try it on", your photo is only opened inside your own browser to place the tee on it. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else. Saving or sharing the result is up to you.
• Payments. You pay by UPI in your own UPI app. We see the payment arrive, but we never see or store your bank or card details.
• Reviews. If you send us a review and are happy for us to share it, we show it on the site with your first name only, and we cover faces in photos unless you ask us not to.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see which tees people like, so we can make more of them. It only switches on if you tap Accept on our cookie notice. It uses cookies and collects things like the pages you visit, your rough location (city level) and your device type; we ask Google to shorten your IP address. If you tap No thanks, Google Analytics doesn't load at all. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Who we share it with

• Our print partners and couriers get your name, phone number and delivery address, only so they can print and deliver your order.
• WhatsApp, your email provider and your UPI app handle the messages and payments you choose to send, under their own privacy policies.
• Our website host (Netlify) keeps standard technical logs, like any website.
• Google Analytics, only if you accepted analytics cookies.

We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order chats and emails for as long as we need them for your order, returns, misprints and our accounts. Ask us any time and we'll delete what we can (we may need to keep basic records that the law requires).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing feralsoftly@gmail.com. You can clear your cart and saved settings by clearing this site's data in your browser, or by uninstalling the app.

Children

We make tees for kids, but our shop is meant to be used by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
